Symptoms

Using the Web ADI Non Periodic Budget Layout spreadsheet, entered in a budget amount for one month for one task.  When uploading the budget, the budget shows the value is spread throughout the whole task period.

For example,

Task period is from May-2016 to Dec-2016.

In the Budget Web ADI Non Periodic Budget Layout spreadsheet, enter a budget amount for 1000 for the task period of 01-Jun-2016 to 30-Jun-2016.

Upload the budget data to Oracle Projects.

The budget amount for 1000 has been spread out from May-2016 to Dec-2016.
