Missing Work Orders and Work Requests Menus In EAM Self Service Page (Doc ID 2147211.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Hierarchy Page of eAM Self Service, there used to be two selections that are now missing from the dropdown menu:

View Work Orders
View Work Requests

These options still exist when the Parent level of the tree is selected, and then disappear as you walk down the Tree.
The issue seems to have surfaced after applying some patches.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

These 2 options “View Work Orders” & “View Work Requests” should be available in the Hierarchy page.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User.
2. Click on Assets tab.
3. In the Hierarchy Page of eAM Self Service, there used to be two selections that are now missing from the dropdown menu:
  “View Work Orders” & “View Work Requests”
4. These options still exist when the “Facility” level of the tree is selected, and then disappear as you walk down the Tree.
