Created_language Is Not Being Populated When AutoCreating A PO With A Requisition Assert.assertNotNull(am.getHeaderRow().getCreatedLanguage()); (Doc ID 2147302.1)

Symptoms

The created_language field on the po_headers_all table is not being populated when creating a PO with requisitions through the Buyer Work Center, Auto Create Workflow, and the Autocreate Forms.

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Autocreate new PO from req lines, in either Autocreate form, or Demand Workbench in BWC
3. New PO is not populated with created_language



Updating these purchase orders in the buyer work center results in errors -
Error is from PoHiringRequirementSvrCmd.setItemAttributesTLPParent cause it
failed the assert:
Assert.assertNotNull(am.getHeaderRow().getCreatedLanguage());
