Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"After upgrading database to 12.1.0.2.0 and Recommended patch update 12.1.3 RUP 4 aka patch 13885374:R12.INV.B (Inventory and Receiving (PO): Release 12.1+ Dual UOM related fixes), in the production instance only, we find that Min/Max Planning is no longer considering OPM batches as demand. Create Batch for end product, but the ingredients that are all min_max planned are not generating output on the report, hence not generating requisitions.

I am not creating batches automatically. Prior to the DB upgrade and applying the RUP4 patches, Batch Demand (for the finish good), would drive material demand requirements where min/max would drive planned purchase reqs for the buy items (ingredients). Even setting to Restock = yes, the min/max report is not showing as Demand Qty."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Min Max to create reqs as needed for OPM batches.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade DB to 12.1.0.2.0 and apply RUP 4 aka patch 13885374:R12.INV.B (Inventory and Receiving (PO): Release 12.1+ Dual UOM related fixes)
2. Run Min Max.
3. Observe OPM batches are essentially ignored.

Changes

Upgrade DB to 12.1.0.2.0 and apply RUP 4 aka patch 13885374:R12.INV.B (Inventory and Receiving (PO): Release 12.1+ Dual UOM related fixes)
