On : 12.1.3 version,

Requisition and PO stuck in PRE-APPROVED status. Error while recording the approval status.

There are many requisitions and some Purchase Orders whose approval status is PRE-APPROVED and did not progress to APPROVED status ..
The issue is occurring since 31st May 2016. Not all the requisitions or Purchase Orders are showing the error, but the number of such stuck orders is increasing as new orders get placed.
