Message Not Found Error While Importing Lines For Sourcing Negotiation (Doc ID 2147477.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import lines,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
Message not found. Application: PON, Message Name: pon.NegotiationItemUpload() - could not validate data: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.PON_SLM_UTIL_PKG", line 12 ORA-06512: at "APPS.PON_AUC_INTERFACE_TABLE_PKG", line 696 ORA-06512: at "APPS.PON_AUC_INTERFACE_TABLE_PKG", line 634 ORA-06512: at line 1 .

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Sourcing Responsibility
2. Negotiations > Create RFQ > Enter the required information
3. Click on Lines > Select action as "Import Lines" > Go
4. Select the spread sheet with lines information and click go
5. No lines are imported and above error occurs.
