When Using Mass EXTERNAL Retirement, Wrong Proceeds_of_sale Amount Occurred (Doc ID 2147482.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Retirement & Reinstatement

1. Insert data to "fa_mass_ext_retirements" table for Mass Retirements.
- proceeds_of_sales : 1,000

2. Confirm retirement data (Path : Mass Transactions > Retirements > Prepare)

3. Run "Post Mass Retirement" (Path : Mass Transactions > Retirements > Post)

4. Undo or Reinstatement Using Asset Workbench (Path: Assets > Asset
Workbench > Find Asset > (B)Retirements > (B)Undo or (B) Reinstatement

5. Re-insert data to "fa_mass_ext_retirements" table for Mass Retirements
- proceeds_of_sales : 1,000

6. Run "Post Mass Retirement" (Path : Mass Transactions > Retirements > Post)

7. You can check wrong Proceeds of sales amount
- Expected proceeds_of_sales : 1,000
- Occurred proceeds_of_sales : 2,000

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make balance between real asset and book asset.
