Unable To Generate Change Reports Due To "Failure Of Server Apache Bridge" or "504 Gateway Time-Out" Error (Doc ID 2147992.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When trying to generate change reports in production, it is throwing "504 Gateway Time-Out" error or "Failure of server APACHE bridge" error as below.
It worked without any issues when you added more search criteria to reduce the search results.

Error

504 Gateway Time-Out
The server didn't respond in time.

and/or

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to (N)Change management-> Change reports

(R)Development Manager
(N)Change Management -> Change Reports

2. Set Search Criteria, Display Format and Export Format as below.

  A. Search Criteria

  Attribute Group | Attribute | Operator | Value
  ------------------------------------------------------
  Primary           | ^Status  | is           | Implemented  

  B. Display Format : Item Details

  -Name
  -Number
  -Item Number
  -Created By
  -Organization
  -Status
  -Approval Status
  -Creation Date
  -Completion Date

  C. Export Format

  Template      : Change Order Summary Report
  Output Format : Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf)  

3. Click Export File Icon
==>System throws 504 error & sometimes APACHE bridge

4. You have checked Note 2000145.1, applied Patch 21388063:R12.ENG.D and changed site level value of profile "ICX:Session Timeout" from 30 to 9999.
But the issue remains.
