Unable To Generate Change Reports Due To "Failure Of Server Apache Bridge" or "504 Gateway Time-Out" Error (Doc ID 2147992.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When trying to generate change reports in production, it is throwing "504 Gateway Time-Out" error or "Failure of server APACHE bridge" error as below.
It worked without any issues when you added more search criteria to reduce the search results.

  • Click Export File Icon
    ==>System throws 504 error & sometimes APACHE bridge
  • You have checked Note 2000145.1, applied Patch 21388063:R12.ENG.D and changed site level value of profile "ICX:Session Timeout" from 30 to 9999.
    But unfortunately, there still remain the same issue.
