Symptoms

Unable to query Key FF Value sets related to  Chart of Account (COA) setup, for example while trying to add the values in the value sets, customer is unable to query the value sets to define the values, receive an 'FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries' error.

Changes

Flexfield value set security (this feature, new in Release 12.2) controls who can view, insert, or update values for a particular value set.
