Defaulted Business Process In Debrief HTML Is Not Following Profile Option Value (Doc ID 2148603.1)

In Debrief HTML the Business Process and Service Activity values are not following the setup based on profile option:

CSF: Default Debrief Business Process

The Business Process and Service Activity should follow the profile option setup.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the following profile options to specific BP/SA:
CSF: Default Debrief Business Process

2. Go to Debrief HTML and notice that the Business Process and Service Activity are not defaulted correctly.
Instead of following the profile option value, it takes the Business Process from the parent SR.
