POR_CUSTOM_PKG Package Custom Validation (Doc ID 2148890.1)

Symptoms

User have implemented some custom validation messages in POR_CUSTOM_PKG.CUSTOM_VALIDATE_REQ_LINE
The validation business logic is to validate the value on a requisition line level DFF.

Below issue can be re-produced at will:
1) Add item to shopping cart
2) On the shopping cart pop-up window, ensure DFF is blank to invoke the custom validation to receive the custom error returned from POR_CUSTOM_PKG.CUSTOM_VALIDATE_REQ_LINE
3) Correct the DFF value and click "Edit" or Save" button, the custom Validation error persists as though the call is not being made to POR_CUSTOM_PKG.CUSTOM_VALIDATE_REQ_LINE again.
4. Instead of Save or Edit, if the user clicks Submit then the problem does not occur.
