The GTAS Interface should always check in FV Fund Parameters and then it should check in GTAS Attributes, if they don't match, it should give an exception. The GTAS Interface should be throwing an exception, the problem is that it is not. The exception is not happening in this case.
There is no Apportionment category code or custodial or non-custodial code defined on the GTAS Attributes for an account and for the relevant fund, the Define Fund Attributes is populated with Apportionment Category Code = A and Custodial or Non-Custodial Code is populated with A: Non-Custodial. The GTAS Interface should throw an exception but it is not.
Application of patch p22534303_R12.FV.C_R12_SOLARIS64 (FVGTJCRB GTAS Activity Balance Creation Issue For Source "Cost Management" And Category "Inventory")
