Goal

After applying the fix of Internal <BUG: 20090799>, if Item Description is updated in Item Master with 'Allow Description Update' option unchecked,
item description of PO/BPA displays new item description in application.

However, PO_LINES_ALL.ITEM_DESCRIPTION still holds old item description.
