Table Header content is Overlapping with the immediate row on seeded Timecard Layout (Doc ID 2149413.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Configured Timecard Layouts
HXT Installed R12.HXT.C.7
HXC Installed
Family Pack: R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.6

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------

Navigation: Log in to the Application as Employee, and navigate to the 'Self-Service Time' responsibility>Time> Create Timecard> The format on the timecard looks incorrect with the timecard table header spilling into the next row which needs to have the hours entered.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Should see the correct timecard layout with time header aligned properly with in the same row

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Self-Service Time
2. Go to Time> Create Timecard>
3. The format on the timecard looks incorrect with the timecard table header spilling into the next row which needs to have the hours entered.



Changes

Tested the following:
1) Replacing custom template under 'Preferences' with the seeded, bouncing apache, clearing cache then retesting- issue persists
2) Different browser(Chrome and IE): Issue persists
