R12: Invoice Review Form Is Missing Field Total After Upgrade (Doc ID 2149613.1)

Symptoms

On Invoice Review form, you are not able to see the Totals field at the bottom of the form.
This happens after the upgrade to 12.2.4 from 11i.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to see Totals at the bottom in order to be able to calculate the Total for the invoices returned by the search criteria.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. With Projects responsibility, go to Billing > Invoice Review
2. Enter for e.g. Project name as search criteria
3. Review the list of invoices and notice that Total field is missing.
