UPK: After Installing UPK 22.214.171.124, the Client Not Able to Connect to the Server Machine and ORA-01017 Error Is Received

After installing UPK 126.96.36.199, the client is not able to connect to the server and the below error message is received:
"ORA-01017 - invalid username/password; logon denied;"
