Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

Actual Behavior

After applying patch 20636776 to fix an issue with the attachment paperclip icon on the Service Request form, it was noticed that the query that derived the paperclip information has bad performance

Expected Behavior

Query should have the correct performance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Apply <Patch 20636776>
2. Test the paperclip functionality
3. Verify the performance problem
