Print Self Printed Payment Summary - PDF (Australia) FAILING Post AU23
Apply the Patch 22847922:R12.PER.B - AU.23Australia cumulative patch. When testing the Payment Summary for one employee, found that Print Self Printed Payment Summary - PDF (Australia) is FAILING.
Please note the pre-requisite Jobs like Payment Summary Archive and Produce Payment Summary XML completed fine

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Testing Payment Summary process for one employee
2. Processed payroll, Payment Summary Archive, Produce Payment Summary XML all work fine.
3. Attempt to run Concurrent Request for Print Self Printed Payment Summary XML - completes in error.
4. The issue is only encountered for terminated employees who have an ETP component.
