Diagnostics Test Can Not Find "Customer Trx Id" for Transaction (Doc ID 2149880.1)

Symptoms

 Unable to pick the created Transactions number at Diagnostics Transaction Test selection screen even though the transaction can be found at Transaction form with same user.

Steps to Reproduce

  1.  Log in to EBS with responsibility: Receivable Manager
  2.  Click on the Diagnostics link
  3.  Click on Oracle Diagnostics link
  4.  Click on the [Select Application] button
  5.  Search 'AR' for Application Short Name
  6.  Navigate Application > Receivables >Transactions > Transaction Data
  7.  Flag on the checkbox
  8.  Click on the [Execute] button
  9.  The Customer Trx Id not found.  "No Data Exist" is displayed
