On : 12.1.3 version, Setup flow
When attempting to generate report when associated party has been assigned to a case,
the following error occurs.
CS_GET_SR_ECT_ATTR_FAIL (API_NAME=CS_SR_EXTATTRIBUTES_PVT.Get_SR_Ext_Attrs) (ERROR=ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to apps
2. Case Management Service -> Case Management -> Agent Dashboard
3. Create a referral case and add an associated party record to the case
4. Choose Generate Report from the Actions drop-down at the top of the screen (next to the cancel, Go, Save Apply buttons) and click the [Go] button.
