Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Retropay(Enhanced) program is not processing any records.  There is a performance issue.  It didn't process any records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Retropay(Enhanced) should process the records successfully and not entering in Paused Status.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Retropay (Enhanced)
2. The process is not terminated
