Retropay (Enhanced) Program Not Processing any Records after enabling Retropay for National Insurance (Doc ID 2150474.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Retropay (Enhanced) program is not processing any records.  There is a performance issue.  It didn't process any records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Retropay(Enhanced) should process the records successfully and not entering in Paused Status.
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Retropay (Enhanced)
2. The process is not terminated
