When Retropay (Enhanced) program is not processing any records. There is a performance issue. It didn't process any records.
Retropay(Enhanced) should process the records successfully and not entering in Paused Status.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Retropay (Enhanced)
2. The process is not terminated
