Symptoms
Having network itinerary with arbitrary rates, when using different LOS on the Rate Offering Lane Special Service the commitment allocations are not respected while planning
It is expected to have commitment allocations respected
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Plan multiple orders, one at a time using arbitary rates with different level of service defined per each service provider.
Notice that the allocation for all the 4 shipment go to only one service provider. You can also review commitment allocation usage in order to verify
