On Release 12.1.3 version, Other Issues

Users are receiving an error when trying to upload an ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice).

ERROR
Your upload request had failed due to unexpected exception. Please contact your system administrator


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iSupplier Portal Full Access responsibility -> Shipments -> Shipment Notices
2. Click Browse button to browse for a file
3. Choose file and click Open.
4. Click the Start Load Now button.
5. Observe the error above.
