After Overtyping Recipe on Create Batch Screen, Batch is Created From Previous Recipe (Doc ID 2150981.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the Create Batch screen accessed directly from the Production Supervisor menu, not from Batch Details, select a recipe from the LOV and create a batch.
Then overtype the recipe with a new recipe, and without tabbing out of the recipe field, press Enter.
The system creates a new batch using the original recipe, not the newly typed one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the batch to be created from the new recipe
