Cartonization Of Sales Order Is Not Being Triggered During Pick Release (Doc ID 2151022.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After completing all the required setups for cartonization, the sales order is not being cartonized during Pick release.

The Pick Task generated does not show cartonized LPN generated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect cartonization to happen as per setup to suggest a Container 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete all setups for Cartonization.
2. Create a sales order for the Contained Item and pick release
3. The tasks get generated but no Cartonization LPN was generated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete cartonization.
