Information in this document applies to any platform.
Material requirements are being duplicated due to WMS picking taking place while the technician portal open and not refreshed before saving.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Create a Repair Order
(2) Create a Repair Job
(3) Add a Material to the job with QTY 1
(5) Keep the tech portal up, but go to WIP Material
Transactions form and issue the same material the job/operation as a specific component
(6) In Tech portal and save the Repair Order
