When trying to create a new parts order using 'Quick Order' button in parts requirement html page that already has a canceled status order then new order is not getting created.
If the requirement line has an order in canceled status, application considers it as unfulfilled line. So, there is no need to add another requirement line with the same item. The 'Quick Order' button should create a new order and link it with the requirement line.
1. Navigate to parts requirement html page. R)Spares Management > Spares Logistics > Parts Requirement HTML.
2. Create parts requirement and internal order manually (either through Quick Order/Add Source button).
3. Cancel the internal order either through parts requirement Cancel button or from order management.
4. Click on 'Quick Order' button for the above requirement line to create a new internal order and it is not creating any order.
