OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR when Changing Owner Account in Installed Base (Doc ID 2151596.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version,

When attempting to Change owner of the instance for a contract that has expired, the following error occurs.

ERROR

OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=100) (SQLerrm=ORA-01403: no data found)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform change owner of an instance where the contract is expired and receive the error.
