E-Business Suite R12 Login Page Enter Username/Password Fails with Error 'Exception Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException FND_STATE_LOSS_ERROR' After CPU Patch 21507207 or Patch 25449171

E-Business Suite R12 Technology Stack, HTTP Server Login issues



The login page displays as expected, but after the username / password is entered with FND: Diagnostics = 'Yes' the below exception is returned:

Exception Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_STATE_LOSS_ERROR. Tokens: Reason = Root Application Module state corruption: oracle.apps.fnd.sso.login.server.MainLoginPageAM has already been released;

at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.preparePage(OAPageBean.java:2218)

at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.preparePage(OAPageBean.java:439)


 Either of the following patches were recently applied:

1. CPU Patch 21507207

2. Patch 25449171
