Viewing Asset Detail Hierarchy Results in Error Message: A Valid Asset Number May Not Have Been Entered

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view Asset Detail in Oracle Hierarchy, the following error occurs.
A valid Asset Number may not have been entered. Click on the flashlight to do a search for the Asset.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User.
2. Navigation: Asset > Hierarchy (From dropdown) > View Asset Details.
3. Select an Attribute Group > Click Return button.
4. Attempt to return to Hierarchy page > Error is observed.
