EBS for Approvals

Symptoms

When attempting to approve iExpense notification from mobile application "EBS for Approvals"
the following error occurs.

RUN TIME_ERROR:ORA-01722: invalid number ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION"

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup EBS For Approvals
2. Create expense report
3. Expense report approval notification will get generated
3. From the Mobile device using "EBS for Approvals" application > Approve Notification
