Symptoms

For some employees, when entering an absence and selecting the calculate duration button, the calculation is incorrect.
This is not happening for all employees and there is only one plan


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. XX HRMS Manager
2. People > Enter and Maintain > Query an employee > Others > Absence
3. Enter absence details, calculate duration is incorrect for some employee absences.
4. Employee Self Service
5 Absence Management > Create Absence > Enter details and calculate duration is incorrect for some employees.
