Symptoms

When attempting to unfreeze Accounting Flexfield, the following error occurs.

ERROR
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Re-query block to see change.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GL responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup-->Financials-->Flexfield-->Key-->Segments
3. Query the flexfield and uncheck Freeze Flexfield Definition
