How Does The Service Request Note from Agent Dashboard Get Saved In JTF Tables?

The Service Request notes is saving the data in jtf_notes_tl table with HTML Tags when being created from Agent Dashboard.This is not suitable for reporting purpose.Is there a way to get normal text?
