How Does The Service Request Note from Agent Dashboard Get Saved In JTF Tables? (Doc ID 2152319.1)

The Service Request notes are saving the data in jtf_notes_tl table with HTML Tags when being created from Agent Dashboard. This is not suitable for reporting purposes. Is there a way to get normal text?
