Is Landed Cost Management(LCM) Certified For India Localization (Doc ID 2152336.1)

Goal

Planning to use LCM to know the landed cost of the product till the product reaches to the warehouse, currently we are using India localization for calculating the taxes on products, but we have heard that the LCM is not certified with India localization.
We would like to know any alternate way of arriving the landed cost without using LCM in oracle.
