Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Tax Deducted at Source-Payables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
TDS invoice is not getting generated for the invoices in one OU. Whereas the functionality is found to be working fine in another OU.
Observed that Concurrent Request 'India - Generate TDS Invoices after Holds release (India - Generate TDS Invoices after Holds release)' is completed normal. But the log shows the following error message:

"Rounding Rule for Tax Basis is not defined for the entered GL Period. Invoice:10046'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TDS invoice should get generated successfully for the invoices across all OUs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(N)->India Local Payables

Setups Defined:
1. TDS taxes defined
2. TDS Tax category defined
3. Defined TDS Threshold Setup. Attached the Tax Category to the OUs
4. Section code = Sec. 194(C)
5. Defined TDS Calendar
6. Defined TDS Rounding Factor
7. Defined TDS Regime Info for the OUs
8. Defined supplier Additional Info
9. When the fresh AP invoice is created and validated, observed that the program India - Generate TDS Invoices after Holds release (India - Generate TDS Invoices after Holds release)' is completed normal.
But the log shows the following error message:

"Rounding Rule for Tax Basis is not defined for the entered GL Period. Invoice:10046'

Hence, the TDS invoice is not getting generated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book the TDS liability.
