OLM Process Became Unresponsive due to: (Doc ID 2152465.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Catalog Admin

OLM process became unresponsive due to OutOfMemoryError

Issues wherein users were not able to play elearning courses. On investigating further OLM OMPN component was showing "Alive" but there was no up time mentioned (it was N/A in that column).


The log file it shows the below error:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Learner attempts to play some training
2. Error is received and the content does not play
