Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After 12.2 upgrade, SLA Account Analysis Report output data is not populating even though it completes normally. This report is using a custom template that was created in 12.1.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Account Analysis Report
2. Observe missing data from the output

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can no longer use the report

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.2.5
