Symptoms

When running the BENACAXML: Benefits ACA Transmission XML Generation Process, the following error is received:
ORACLE error 4063 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-04063: package body "APPS.BEN_ACA_XML_PROCESS" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.BEN_ACA_XML_PROCESS"
ORA-06512: at line 1
