Forms Crashing With Error FRM-92101 After Change Or Configuring Load Balancer (Doc ID 2152912.1)

Symptoms

Forms shows FRM 92101 error intermittently where Applications show error:

FRM-92101 - There was failure during the Form Server startup ,This could happen due to invalid configuration .

The forms_server.log shows error:

The frmweb_dump_XX shows error:

>> Network connection to client failed: timeout on connection
