Retro NI is creating retro element entries for backdated adjustments to NI. The entries appear with the correct pay values; however when included in a run, the deductions/refunds are taken incorrectly.
It looks like the NI A is correctly taken for the retro month and the current month however the retro NI D is not being refunded.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make a correction to NI category in a prior period
2. Run Retro-Notifications Report - Enhanced
3. Run Retropay (Enhanced)
4. Run payroll or Quick Pay and see deduction is not refunded
