Order of Application of Modifiers in Price And Availability Form different from OM Sales Order Form

The order of application of Modifiers in Price And Availability Form different from OM Sales Order Form when a customer is eligible for multiple Price Adjustments.

The final selling price shows the same in both the forms but the order in which the unit selling price is arrived at is different.

In Sales Order Form, the Pricing Engine applies the Modifiers as per the Bucket Numbers to which they are applied in Ascending order which is correct

In Price and Availability Form, the sequence of Application of Modifiers is different ... not following the same order as that of the sales order form

Since the order of application of modifiers is different would like to understand the reason for the difference

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Sales Orders, Pricing and Availability
Following are the Modifiers with the corresponding Bucket Number and Pricing Phase

APPLIANCES - PROMO - MEMORIAL DAY --> 20 --> List Line Adjustment
BUILD.COM 3% ---> 35 ---> List Line Adjustment
APPLIANCES - NEW PRICE - CLOSEOUT MODIFER --> 1490 --> List Line Adjustment
MC_EVERYDAY_2097951_BUILD.COM SOLD --> 4800 ---> List Line Adjustment

Sequence of Modifiers as applied on the Sales Order

1: APPLIANCES - PROMO - MEMORIAL DAY
2: BUILD.COM 3%
3:APPLIANCES - NEW PRICE - CLOSEOUT MODIFER
4:MC_EVERYDAY_2097951_BUILD.COM SOLD

Sequence of Modifiers on Price And Availability Form

Why is the sequence of application of Modifiers is different in P & A form. Since the sequence is different ..the corresponding Calculation is also different even though the final unit selling price is SAME.
