Now, in Execution module when creating non-routine (associated to the WO) the Operation Type LOV does NOT display the supposed value (for Operation XXXX) and instead has NULL value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Operation Type column should by default have the supposed value associated with Operation XXXX

STEPS
-----------------------
Execution -> Production Planning -> WO -> WO Overview

Select WO and create NR for this WO

Scrolldown, then click 'Add More Rows'.

Enter Operation Code. Save.

Now, click Details sub-menu, the Operation Type is blank.
