When a BLOB image data file is included in the output XML file, the image does not print as expected.

For example:

fo:instream-foreign-object content type=”image/pjpeg” height="1 in" width="4 in"
xsl:value-of select=”.//PICTURE_DATA”/
/fo:instream-foreign-object
