Unable To Access The Link Award Summary In RFQ Worklist Notification

On : 12.1.3 version, Awards

When attempting to open the "Award Summary" from notification,
the following error occurs.

Server Not Found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Notification Worklist, click the link
2. In RFQ details, click the Award Summary link, error appeard

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view Award Summary from notification.
