Depot Repair: Unable To Select Lot Number In Logistics Line For Ship Replacement

On 12.1.3 - Logistics Management:
While creating a Ship Replacement line users are unable to select a particular Lot Number.
Users should be able to select the item in the particular Lot#
1. In Inventory, confirmed that the affected item exist in a particular Lot#
2. Create a Repair Order
3. In the Logistics tab, for the affected Item, try to select the same Lot# but is not available in the LOV
