Customer Assignment Manager is slow at showing resources

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Assignment Manager should not take as long to display resources

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR
2. Task Tab > Create Task
3. Press AM
4. Search for resources
5. Slow
