In iSupplier Portal - Advanced Search - Search Attribute Status - Value 'is Not' Does Not Work

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to iSupplier
2. Go to advance search
3. Select Status "is not"
4. Click Go
5. Results still shows everything and does not filter out the data.
