In iSupplier advanced search criteria "is not" does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to iSupplier Responsibility
2. Go to advance search
3. Select Status "is not" <VALUE>
4. Click Go
5. Results still shows everything and does not filter out the data that matches the <VALUE> specified.
