Symptoms

Problem Description - Example:

Move order qty = 7 of a particular item
Records created in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP (MMTT) created with -
Requested qty = 7 Allocated qty = 40 allocated LPN = 1710580363 127183263
Requested qty = 7 Allocated qty = 15 allocated LPN = 1710580364
Requested qty = 7 Allocated qty = 34 allocated LPN = 1710580365

There is 1 strategy for replenishment move orders. Tolerance percentage set is 9999.
replenishment is from BULK to APL. Bulk can have loose material, but mainly LPNs with variable quantities,
but most LPNs are supposed to have qty = UPP (units per pallet set for the item at org item) .
The strategy is to pick in the following order-
pick Loose
Pick pallets with qty < UPP
item Subinventory Mismatch
item Vendor mismatch
item Velocity mismatch
Greater than UPP Pallet
Equal to UPP Pallet
