Last updated on JUNE 26, 2016

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' does not release all lines

Expected Behavior
Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' should release all lines

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Define Contained Item: SY 100
    Physical Attributes
    -----
    Weight: 1 Pounds
    Volume: 1 Cubic foot

  2. Define Container Item: SY BOX
    Physical Attributes
    -----
    Container: checked
    Internal Volume: 100
    Maximum Load Weight: 100

(So, 1 SY BOX can hold 100 SY 100)

  3. Create and Book a Sales Order for SY 100, Qty=300

  4. Release the Sales Order with Plan Tasks=Yes

  5. Confirm WMS Control Board
    ---
    One task(Quantity=300, Status=Unreleased) is created.

  6. Run Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' with below setup.
    Task Query Name:
    -----
    Source: Output
Status: Check Unreleased, Pending, Queued, Dispatched, Active, Loaded

    Task Release Criteria:
    -----
All tasks in a carton group are replenished: checked
    Release Tolerance Percentage: 0

  7. Confirm WMS Control Board
    ---
One Task(Qty: 300) has been split to Three Tasks(Qty: 100/Task), which is expected behavior.
    But, the issue is:

Only one Task is in Pending status.
The other two Tasks are still in Unreleased status.

  8. Run Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' again
All the Tasks are in Pending status.
