Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' does not release all lines
Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' should release all lines
Steps to Reproduce
- Define Contained Item: SY 100
Weight: 1 Pounds
Volume: 1 Cubic foot
- Define Container Item: SY BOX
Internal Volume: 100
Maximum Load Weight: 100
(So, 1 SY BOX can hold 100 SY 100)
- Create and Book a Sales Order for SY 100, Qty=300
- Release the Sales Order with Plan Tasks=Yes
- Confirm WMS Control Board
One task(Quantity=300, Status=Unreleased) is created.
- Run Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' with below setup.
Task Query Name:
Status: Check Unreleased, Pending, Queued, Dispatched, Active, Loaded
Task Release Criteria:
All tasks in a carton group are replenished: checked
Release Tolerance Percentage: 0
Confirm WMS Control Board
One Task(Qty: 300) has been split to Three Tasks(Qty: 100/Task), which is expected behavior.
But, the issue is:
Only one Task is in Pending status.
The other two Tasks are still in Unreleased status.
Run Concurrent 'Launch Task Release' again
All the Tasks are in Pending status.
